Celebrating 25th Anniversary!
This year we are celebrating our 25th anniversary! Larry and Jim formed Mintier Harnish in 1985, and after 25 years of change are still enjoying working with their clients and colleagues in preparing plans and solving problems. We have a great staff, including Judy Harnish, who was the first employee hired by Mintier Harnish and is crazy enough to still be here 25 years later! SB 375 Information
The passage of Senate Bill 375 has focused new attention on regional planning in California, leading many State, regional, and local officials to ask how land use, transportation, and housing planning will be affected by this new law.
