In collaboration with Vernazza Wolfe Associates, inc., Mintier Harnish updated the City of Fresno Consolidated Plan in 2010. This project consisted of preparing a detailed housing plan for the city as required by HUD in order to continue receiving Federal funds. An aspect of this work was working with several public agencies, analyzing funding sources, and giving presentations at public meetings.
