Mintier Harnish, in conjunction with Rincon Consultants, assisted the County in preparing the 2023-2031 Housing Element Update. Mintier Harnish was responsible for preparation of the constraints analysis and facilitated a community workshop and joint study session.

Interesting Facts

Mintier Harnish also led the recent Fairmead Action Plan and a Comprehensive Zoning Code Updates for the County.
