Stanislaus County 2023-2031 Housing Element Update

Mintier Harnish, in conjunction with Rincon Consultants, assisted the County in preparing the 2023-2031 Housing Element Update. Mintier Harnish was responsible for many of the engagement efforts of the Housing Element Update, including facilitating stakeholder interviews, community workshops, and study sessions with the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors.

In addition to facilitating scheduled virutal workshops, Mintier Harnish created a Housing Element Update overview video that introduced engaged residents to the Update process and opportunities for engagement.
