Theda has been the administrative services manager for Mintier Harnish for over 22 years. Her roles include project billing and maintenance, contract review, project administration, budget analysis, human resources manager, and managing everyday office activities. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Phoenix, Sacramento.
